Size: Tiny.
When getting close to this spider, it starts to rotate rapidly on its "lines" hung in a pair from the ceiling.

Cellar spider
In Minnesota, the likely candidate is one of the Pholcus species, either P. manueli or P. phalangioides. Do you have any additional angles of the spider? A dorsal image or one of the face would help to determine which species.

 
Alas I do not. It would star
Alas I do not. It would start to rotate so quickly, all I could get was a blur. It would do this for a good five minutes when I was in range for my macro lens. How many other spiders have this reaction when intruded upon?

 
That behavior
is typical for a disturbed Pholcus. Normally they chill out after awhile.
