So desperate am I - I'll take psocid midgets.

ID and glamour shots even if you're booklice!
Clearing - slide prep. - Oh, how I waited.
Abdominal tergal hairs all truncated!
Liposcelis hirsutoides we'll no longer hide.

Keyed this from slide preparations. Will send slide to Mockford for confirmation but this species has several distinctive features that give me confidence about my ID.

thanks again Diane -- missed it somehow...

by no means lukewarm this obnoxious bookworm to a booklouse is paying respect
too little too late… her subgenital plate still as pretty as one could expect
her thighs are divine and no words of mine would aptly depict epiproct
and that bosom of hers, both beyond any verse yours truly can ever concoct
with such gorgeous looks who needs lousy books is one thing i cannot comprehend
no wonder i say that straight to group A they put you and that is THE END

Keyed based on these characters...

1)all prosternal bristles anterior to middle, 2) transverse row of 2 to 5 bristles on lateral pronotal lobe, 3)abdominal tergites brown except terga 2 and 3 paler, 4) truncated setae abundant on all abdominal terga.

Mockford collected this species in Cameron, Jim Wells and Matagorda counties in Texas and in Highlands Co. Florida.,
