orange-tan teneb larva

orange-tan teneb larva
Nashua, Hillsborough County, New Hampshire, USA
March 1, 2007
Size: 29 - 30 mm
The head is much more difficult to capture on these and many other larvae because it is moving nearly constantly as the essentially blind (supposedly there are light sensors) larva sweeps back and forth, up and down exploring its strange environment in my light arena.
