Explanation of Names

Kearfott (1907) named the species in honor of Arthur Gibson who discovered and reared the species.

Size

Kearfott (1907) listed a wingspan of 11 mm.

Season

Pohl et al. (2010) reported July and August in Alberta, Canada. (3)

Food

Gibson (1907) discovered and reared larvae on Juniperus communis. (4)
