Size: 2 cm
Is this mayfly in the Hexagenia group, and is it a subimago (the wings seem cloudy)? The eyes are really weird.

A female subimago, yes. Perh
A female subimago, yes. Perhaps of the family Heptageniidae. It is hard to tell by the magnification provided.
