I don't think this is O. fultoni...
That species should have a reddish patch on the head, and what I can see of the antennal markings looks more like something in the nigricornis group. I moved it to genus so Nancy can set us straight.

I agree, I don't think it is O. fultoni
...but I can't say for sure what species it is. The milky color and golden tinged head suggests O. exclamationis, but I don't think the black 'feet' is a match for that species.
My next guess is O. quadripunctatus. They are pale, generally have yellow tinge on the head, and can have black on the distal limbs.
