Size: 22 mm head to wingtips
Found in a small grassy area on a rocky outcrop above a small stream. Moved to a table for the photos.

Another of those Chorthippus
that looks like European C. brunneus.

Moved from Grasshoppers, Crickets, Katydids.

 
Update: Male specimens found in 2013...
by myself and Dr Don McAlpine of the New Brunswick Museum. Don recorded their vocalizations last fall from Fundy National Park in New Brunswick (another new location) and they definitively match Chorthippus brunneus and not the other European species.
