I think you are right, but of course I am not qualified to make the identification. I am posting my pictures today and referencing your moth.

I don't think I would EVER have found it. Mine looked black on my sheet, but I could tell that it had markings, so I captured it.

 
Your moths and Maury's moths
Your moths and Maury's moths have helped me in a large percentage of the ids that I have on my list. It is nice to reciprocate for a change, assuming that we are correct in this case.
