Cherry-faced Meadowhawk? - Sympetrum internum

Cherry-faced Meadowhawk? - Sympetrum internum
Mayfair, Saskatoon, Saskatchewan, Canada
August 12, 2014
There were lots of these little meadow-hawks (reds and yellows so I'm assuming males and females) in my garden. I'm not sure what kind they are so any help would be appreciated. This one landed on a dandelion and began pumping his abdomen up and down. When his abdomen was completely erect, it flattened near the tip. The meadow-hawk held this position for a few seconds and began the whole thing over again.
