I've been bitten,
and it really really - really hurts! They're pretty harmless to humans, but they inject something with their bite that causes a sharp pain, and it smarts often for several hours, and then is numb for a while after that. Even the little Assasin Bugs can bite rather painfully.

Watch out for the bite
Be careful with these. Reportedly they can bite.

(Granted I've handled them myself without getting bitten.)
