These were everywhere on my Bergamot flowers and leaves.
I have been unable to find a moth that uses Bergamot as a host plant.

Monarda
Sometimes the Common Sootywing feeds on Monarda.
Also the Hermit Sphinx (eremitus) and Gray Marvel Anterastria teratophora.

It looks like something in Crambidae. There are a couple of things that are particular to bergamot, there are several things that like the mint family in general.
