Gigantic green caterpillar with four horns on head--Elm Sphinx? - Ceratomia amyntor

Gigantic green caterpillar with four horns on head--Elm Sphinx? - Ceratomia amyntor
Ohkay Owingeh Fishing Lakes, Española, Rio Arriba County, New Mexico, USA
August 24, 2014
Size: 80-90 mm
On Siberian elm, Zelkova. Ceratomia amyntor? If so, it's the first for N.M. at BugGuide. They can eat all our Siberian elms.

As you can see, the picture is somewhat tilted, but it was just hanging there, not moving. Is it preparing to pupate?
