ID pending
Everyone agrees that the moth shown here is either the stated species or something very closely related to it. In an effort to attain the most definitive possible ID, on 29 August 2014, an ID request containing all relevant collection info and all of the linked images seen here was sent to Dr. K.T. Park, who is the world authority on this group of moths. To date, no response has been received from Dr. Park.

Any update on this one?

Key and images of genitalia in the Wang & Li (2016) review of the genus Scythropiodes appears to support this determination. Unless anything changes, Scythropiodes issikii will be added to the list at MPG. Thanks Terry and Marcia!
