Second of Two Leafhoppers - Polyamia weedi

I know these two photographs are not very good. They were taken hand-held and then cropped because the insects are quite small. I don't know if there is enough here to identify them, but if so, I'd appreciate the help. I guessed leafhoppers (Cicadellidae) but don't even know if that's right.
