Bark louse nymph? - Cerobasis guestfalica

Bark louse nymph? - Cerobasis guestfalica
Lantzville, Nanaimo, Vancouver Island, British Columbia, Canada
August 26, 2014
Found crawling across my book as my kids played at the park.

Any idea how to raise it? What do they need?

Thanks!
