Looks like....
Looks like a Spotted Cucumber Beetle (try this in your browser: http://bugguide.net/node/view/456). Common pest for gardeners in certain situations (a disease vector, especially for the Cucurbit family of plants). I find them frequently on Goldenrod & other various flowering plants,
