Although the perspective is less than optimal, the apparent basal thickening and curvature of forewing vein r-rs suggests this is likely to be a species of the Enicospilus americanus group.

I agree that it's a member of the Enicospilus-americanus group. It's probably E. texanus but I would need to look at the discocubital cell under the scope to confirm.
