Euphoria fascifera
This is Euphoria fascifera. It's a good find, and we only have three photos of this species in the guide. However, you need to study up on how to properly pin specimens:

For beetles, the pin should go through the left wing cover about 2/3 of the way towards what is called the pronotum (the orange part in this case). Look through the guide and see how specimens are pinned. Below is one of my specimens, and you can see how it's pinned.
