I so rarely see these guys in the act of crawling around. Anything you can do with these or cast skins from photos? Thanks!

Tibicen tibicen/chloromerus
Likely a Tibicen tibicen ("swamp cicada") nymph, note the black base of wing pad, a diagnostic characteristic for this species.
