Found two of these actively moving on top of snow bank next to garage. Temp was about 45 after long cold spell. Much sun reflected off vinyl siding. Couldn't find any ID that made sense at this time of year. I very much appreciate the chance to submit things for ID help.

Looks like you got a great find there, unless I'm quite mistaken, those are Plecoptera- Stoneflies. They are one of the very few insects that are found when there is snow on the ground. I think this is a
Family Taeniopterygidae - Winter Stonefly. I'm very envious!

These are winter stoneflies, active during the winter and spring.
