Acronicta cryptica?
Acronicta cryptica Schmidt & Anweiler, 2020 (1) might be possible but I think increta is more likely. Let me know if the habitat is right, sandy woodland with Quercus velutina (Black Oak). Your others all seem to be increta. If you get these darker ones with low contrast on the forewinges, try checking the hind wings too.
