Mud Dauber - Sceliphron caementarium - female

Mud Dauber - Sceliphron caementarium - Female
Charleston Falls, Clark County, Ohio, USA
September 3, 2014
Wasp wandering through weeds rather clumsily.
When I held it, it stopped to clean itself oddly, standing on its head while rubbing the back legs.
I believe it is a Black and Yellow Mud Dauber, Sceliphron caementarium, seeking confirmation.

Female
Jeff, her antennae appear to be damaged on both sides. I'm counting six flagellomeres on the right side and nine on the left side, ouch! Other characters, such as the shape of the long abdomen and 6 tergites appear to be all female qualities.
