Hi...noticed your 'hawking fly' - not heard of those, but it sure looks like a Robber Fly (mallophora fautrix) to me, but I'm no expert... :)

It helps that it's one of my favorites - I learned about robber flies a few years back and this one is particularly fluffy and cute - most look quite different....anyway, I've only seen a few in person, so GREAT find!
