Blackberry Psyllid - Phylloplecta tripunctata

Blackberry Psyllid - Phylloplecta tripunctata
Wildwood Park; Radford, Virginia, USA
September 4, 2014
I like an ID, please, for the wooly critters I found on the underside of a Rubus allegheniensis leaf.
Are the small pale yellow things eggs?
Are the long green things larva? (Second image shows a closer view.)
There was also an Acharia stimulea caterpillar in the middle of some of the "wool". Quite a mini nature lesson!

Whitefly
I think the white and green things could be different things. The green things are aphids but I don't think wooly aphids produce that much "wool". The white stuff could be from whitefly scale but maybe an expert will give you a better idea.
