Maple Leaf Aphid - Periphyllus
Chester, Plumas County, California, USA
October 20, 2013
Size: Body length 1.5mm
This aphid was found on a Red Leaf Maple tree, a non native tree in this area. Many leaves had these small aphids on the underside of the leaves; but never many aphids per leaf.
