I looked through all the Gelechiidae on MPG and didn't see one like this.

just a thought
maybe something in Depressaria - Depressaria alienella has the white head and cowl as your moth .. the only representative in BugGuide is rather dark, but an example in MPG suggests the pattern of the forewing may be correct - your moth is a bit worn, too.
