Size: all under 2mm
there appear to be at least 3 varieties of what may be aphids plus a larval form which may be related to the Milk weed moth caterpillers that ate almost all of the leaves
of these plants. Lets look at the residents one at a time for ID purposes.

Moved from ID Request. The yellow aphids are oleander aphids. The small white and black items are exuviae of same. The large, brown, spherical ones are also oleander aphids; they have been parasitized by a wasp and are known as "mummies". The "caterpillar" is an aphidophagous syrphid maggot.

Syrphidae larva eat Aphids
so they are good.
