Possible cosmopepla? - Chinavia hilaris
Saratoga County, New York, USA
September 2, 2014
I found this insect at the Pleasant Valley Wildlife Sanctuary in Lenox, Mass while on vacation. I believe it may be a type of cosmopepla. There were several of them on stem and another shield bug I will submit under separate cover. Any info would be appreciated!
