Conotrachelus tuberosus LeConte, female
ID confirmed from specimen, now a photo-voucher. Thanks Lisa.

Measured size 2.7 mm. A little tricky, but I'm sure this is correct. Host appears to be Urtica based on the notes of Blatchley and Ulke.
