Likely White-faced Meadowhawk
Likely White-faced Meadowhawk, but that species typically shows a really "alabaster white" face. Ruby Meadowhawk can show a dirty white face and some have quite pale faces. I think this is a White-faced but am not 100% on it. Hopefully there will be some other comments.
