Tachy pulchellus
is tentatively the best fit based on my microscopic examination of this specimen which is deposited in the P.W. Messer collection as a photo-voucher. Thanks Iustin.

This specimen is part of a series from southeastern Texas (Victoria Co.) identical to a specimen from LA detailed here.
