Size: Length ~ 2 cm
This is an example of Apamea burgessi(9378), as just confirmed by Jerry Fauske (pers. Comm., 19 September 2014). The third specimen for North Dakota, and the most easterly specimen, too. This specimen was collected and is archived in the NDSIRC at NDSU, Fargo, North Dakota (contact Dr. Gerald Fauske).

I'll archive the images here until we get a BG species page for 9378.
