Size: FWL ≈ 12mm
If my ID is indeed correct, this would be another new species for Alabama.

Z. obscuripennis and Z. cruralis, contrary to what was once thought, cannot be separated by photos. See comments by Jason D. Roberts here and Hugh McGuinness here.

or 8347 – Zanclognatha obscuripennis?
The range maps seem to make obscuripennis more likely. Other than that, I don't know how to separate them.
