Going through old files I found a batch of things from a survey at Pilot Mountain State Park that I never posted.

I think I have the correct family.
Update-1. ID as Stilbus on iNaturalist. Perhaps Stilbus apicalis.
Update-2. Looking at print references and records on iNaturalist and BugGuide, it looks like Stilbus apicalis is the only one in the East with the prominent yellow blot
