tiny spider

Size: apx 2mm
after kneeling in the grass for a shot at something else, i rolled over and saw this tiny spider on my knee pad!.. hence the funny red rubbery background. My hand held shot from an awkward position may explain why the knee pad is in better focus than the spider, but perhaps someone has an idea what its name is.

Outside my window while the inside was lit up.

It moved around occasionally while I was inside between pictures (because of my dying batteries), but it didn't care about the flash or a ruler next to it.

Tipulomorpha?

This picture is scaled down to half size. I could supply higher-resolution details if they would help.

Found among frothy bubbles that I understand this bug produces from the plant stem to keep itself moist and hidden, I had never really looked closely enough to notice an insect before!
