believe this to be Lebia fuscata. Corrections welcome :)

This is appearently a first for my backyard survey (5+ years / +500 species, and still finding new "common" beetles). It seems likely that I've overlooked some of these previously as the the somewhat similar L. analis. L. fuscata differs by the lack of longitudinal wrinkles on the head, darker pronotum, and entire pale antenna.

came to UV light.

This tingid and many others were on the very hairy leaf of Desert Dicoria, an Asteraceae in the Ambrosinae (Ragweed) subtribe. It is unusual with the cells on the dorsal of the head. I am wondering if it is a Corythucha or a different genus? Any help is much appreciated.
