Biography:

Starting as the new taxonomic entomologist / curator at the WV state collection in August 2025.

My research is primarily focused on beetles inhabiting shallow subterranean habitats in Appalachia, but I am broadly interested in all carabids (but especially Anillini and Tachyini) and certain staphylinids (Aleocharinae, Pselaphinae).

I don't subscribe to most images I comment on or move, so feel free to email me if I don't respond to comments on this site.
