Biography:

I have a BS in Biology from St. Edward's University in Austin, TX and a MS in Forestry from Texas A&M University. I focused on forest entomology (bark beetles) and landscape ecology for my thesis. I currently work for the Houston Arboretum & Nature Center as an applied ecologist.
