Biography:

BS in Biochemistry from UC Davis
2 years as a research associate in bacterial microbiology and genetics
DVM from UC Davis and 40 years in private clinical practice as a mixed animal veterinarian. Photographer. Unaffiliated private research into Adelid moths and their native plant hosts (with Al Ludtke), California native plants and associated insects. Also a docent at a local preserve in the Sacramento area.
