I consider myself a generalist when it comes to nature in South Florida. I spend lots of time documenting whatever I can find on iNaturalist and eBird, whether it's parks or little patches of natural areas near me or places like Everglades National Park or Big Cypress National Preserve. I have been interested in insects/arthropods my whole life but have progressively paid more careful attention to them since around 2018. Setting up a sheet with a blacklight is one of the nature activities I most look forward to nowadays!
