Biography:

I have always loved the great outdoors. My undergraduate degree is in biology but I went into the medical field. Being an urban city park ranger and a docent for the Maine Audubon has allowed me to enjoy and further learn about the great outdoors. It also helps that my son, is an avid bug enthusiast! My natural history interests have always been trees and wildflowers. I also love art, literature, baseball and tennis. Recently, I have taken an interest in leaf miners. I look forward to learning all that I can about them!
