Biography:

I am horticulturist by profession managing landscapes in the Bay Area for 12+ years. Retired and taught horticulture at my Alma Mater, Foothill College in Los Altos. California native plants was parts of my work and when I fully retired I expanded to botanize California with my husband.

Photography was a way for me to learn and record what I saw. Bugs and creatures were my first love before plants. Bug and insects and creatures 90% of the time photobomb my shots so I expanded into creature photography. And here I am now, relearn insects and bugs.

I am totally an amateur but do have IPM under my profession.

I post on IG, in2plantsandnature and post on iNaturalist as well.
