Biography:

I have always been fascinated with insects and arachnids. As a young girl my favorite books were my insect and arachnid identification guides and I always had jars with spiders, moths, caterpillars, and any insect or arachnid I happened to come across. My mother drew the line at spiders and reptiles after the Garden Spider I was keeping had hundreds of tiny offspring which were small enough to escape through the slits in the lid.

Now instead of collecting insects I collect their photos. I use a Nikon D50.
