Biography:

Retired project leader / lead computer analyst (banking and insurance - mainframes, not PCs) who loves taking pictures of bugs. A novice at both photography and entomology, for the past few years, I've been compiling an image catalog of every bug I find in my yard. My wife, Vi, is an artist (acrylics) and a published author.

You're a great group of folks here. Feel free to frass any images you can't use.

Disclaimer:   I'm afraid the seeds within me to ID all my little subjects have been attacked by seed-head weevils.

Equipment:
2007 and 2008: point-and-shoot Fuji Finepix S5200, occasionally adding diopters.
2009: Nikon D90, Nikkor 105mm f2.8 G ED AF-S VR Micro, 35-70mm and 70-210mm Nikkor telephotos.
