Biography:

I collect and work about beetles since 1980. In the most cases faunistic subjects in the area of Berlin (Germany), earlier also Bremen (Germany). Since 1992 I focussed on Cryptophagidae. At the moment on focus are the Cryptophagidae of China and the Indian subcontinent. The other focus is the understanding of the Nearctic Cryptophagidae.
