Biography:

I am a retired biologist and am interested in the conservation of pollinators, especially native bees. I have a good background in plant taxonomy and native Colorado plants. I have done wildflower photography for a long time, and now I'm pursuing insect photography. I especially enjoy high altitude flora - alpine tundra and subalpine. One of my goals is to contribute pollinator pictures from these elevations.
