I am a biologist and am interested in the conservation of pollinators in Colorado, especially native bees. I have a good background in plant taxonomy and native Colorado plants. I have done wildflower photography for a long time, and now I'm pursuing insect photography. I especially enjoy high altitude flora - alpine tundra and subalpine. One of my goals is to contribute pollinator pictures from these elevations.

Please check out the Xerces Society for Invertebrate Conservation for great information on pollinator conservation.
