Biography:

I have been interested in cuckoo wasps since 1998 and these insects are now my PhD project, my job, and my hobby. After starting with local Estonian fauna I expanded the geographic coverage quickly and now I am collecting and studying them worldwide. The cuckoo wasps of the US are relatively easy to work with since the fauna is pretty well studied and good keys in English are available and I have pretty nice collection of US species to compare with. Nevertheless the taxonomy of US cuckoo wasps is not done - there are some groups that need further study...
