BT degree in Wildlife Management from SUNY Cobleskill. I consider myself a naturalist because of my extensive knowledge of all animals and plants. In the insect world my main interests are leps and beetles. I collect some live insects, but mostly collect specimens already found dead. Amazingly you can find many excellent specimens as road kills. I also have been birding and studying nature for over 40 years and have traveled or led tours to Japan, Belize, Costa Rica, Trinidad & Tobago, Ecuador, Kenya, Tanzania, most of the U.S., and some of Europe in my search for birds and other creatures of the wild.
