Biography:

I am a marine biologist by training and worked in the field of water quality and watershed management. I have had a lifelong interest in all manner of critters, especially birds, herps, and bugs. I have been an avid birder for over 30 years, but now I also spend a lot of time photographing bugs and herps in the field.
