Biography:

We specialize in nature photography and writing natural history books. At our college we have an outdoor and nature photography degree certificate and we combine it with natural history classes and international natural history / photography trips. Ann and I were the premiere professional photographers for the Canon in the Parks program. We have written and done the photography for many books mostly with a national park theme - tour books, bird books, baby animal books, wildflower books and nature guide books for Shenandoah, Blue Ridge Parkway, Great Smoky, Rocky Mountain, Yellowstone, Grand Teton, Yosemite, Sequoia and Kings Canyon National Parks. We are both professors of biology at Lord Fairfax Community College.
